Hi, I'm Phil Carlson. I'm a husband, father, disciple-maker, and the Area Director for the Dallas-Fort Worth region, as well as the Young Professionals Coordinator for CBMC USA. I'm also the author of The Gaslighting of American Christianity. After spending years serving in higher education, nonprofit leadership, and ministry, God called me to join CBMC full-time in 2020. Today, I'm passionate about helping Christian business and professional men grow in their faith, leadership, and purpose through discipleship, mentorship, networking, and relational evangelism. My heart is to equip men to live out their faith with confidence and make an eternal impact in their businesses, workplaces, and communities.
