I provide self-defense instruction to help empower people so they don’t have to live their lives in fear of being attacked. I teach real self-defense against single and multiple attackers. I have a heart for ensuring that women, seniors, children, and college-bound youth are equipped for the unexpected. I also specialize in Realtor Safety.
It infuriates me to see videos of people being bullied and often brutalized. I want to see people equipped and confident enough to stand up for others and lend a hand to those in need, rather than recording the assault as it happens. Protecting people is loving people.

Fun Facts
<p>I have taught numerous students who have achieved a high level of proficiency and rank over the decades. However, I am currently teaching primarily long-time students. With over 50 years in karate alone, I feel that I have a wealth of knowledge to share.
